I purchased mattress through progressive financial @ sleepy's. The payment dates were scheduled the day before my paydays.
Putting the information on the computer during the application process was done by the sales person. If I was the one who was putting in the information, the error could have been my fault, but it was the sales person who was putting all the information on the computer. Now my bank has charged me an overdraft because the payment was processed before my payday with insufficient funds. I was charged twice $35.00 which totals to $75.00.
But progressive financial can only refund me (one) $35 which is not fair at all because it was not my fault. This will be my first and my last business with progressive financial. I feel like I was rubbed.
Very frustrating. Customer service very poor and unfair.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Inconsiderate to a customer.
