Agree with other reviews on here. They take advantage even after you've set up payment arrangements then tell you oh, the system follows the contract so it's looking for past due payment.

Why is there a past due balance if you all have withdrawn more than what was agreed to in the contract. Then to call and state someone is multiple days past delinquent status when the customer was previously engaged in setting up payment arrangements. These people are shady and they don't care about anything other than trying to get as much money from customers as they can while their stuck in contracts.

Furthermore I've been calling to get furniture replaced that was damaged upon delivery, however since a past due balance was accrued within the last month, they can't provide assistance until the balance is paid. SMH you get what you pay for when dealing with scammers like this
