Progressive leasing has horrible costumer service. I was denied to access my account plenty of times and was still being charged after my account was paid in full.
The representative I spoke with made me send a bank statement to prove they charged my account.
This is the worst costumer service I had have ever experienced. Also It is very difficult to get a hold of a representative, every time i have called it has been about a 15 minute wait till my phone call is answered.
This person wrote the review because of problems with payment at Progressive Leasing. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Progressive Leasing to offer any options to resolve the issue.
The most disappointing in user's experience was whole experience. If you have a chance, please contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
