I read the leases and understood that they would basically charge me twice the amount of the purchase price, but if you have the means to pay it off within 90 days then you get your purchase for a reasonable fee. However, the last couple of times I tried to use their leasing service I had terrible customer service, have been lied to on more than one occasion and also hung up on once. And this is not a case of me losing my temper and the employee hung up on me because of that, they just hung up on me after refusing to get me a supervisor. My advice, do not do business with this company as it seems their quality of service is in decline.", "Y’all are a real help for those who need it I recommend".

Paid to start lease, took my money and have not received any of my items almost a week later, though it was all same day delivery. Contacted the store that i ordered items from and they claim they dont have the order and i have to contact progressive leasing.
I either want my items or a refund of $107.51. This absolutely unacceptable.

Okay, at first it was just a minor inconvenience, then I had one of your customer service agents lie to me, refuse to get a supervisor for me, and then abruptly end our conversation without resolving the issue. I followed her advice, which was to call Amazon, so I did.
They had no idea why Progressive Leasing had referred me to them for my issue and told me to again contact Progressive. So, I called back and got a different customer service rep who was a bit more helpful; I was able to mostly resolve the issue. I was told that for my troubles I would not be charged the $59 initial fee, but when I went to check out, it still tried to charge me a fee. So, I then, called Progressive Leasing and the next person I spoke with fixed that issue.
Then, upon checking out, I was at the checkout screen where the lease agreement is supposed to pop up with Docusign but instead, it just went to a blank screen. The service rep suggested that I try a different method of checking out and again I kept encountering problems when it got to the lease agreement. I was told that my case was being forwarded to the tech department and I would receive a call soon about my issue. I never got a call.
Now I'm a furious customer. I want you to cancel that lease. I will finish paying my other two leases and I will no longer be using your services. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and advising everyone I know to avoid your company.
I hate to do this after having been a loyal customer for over two years now, always paying either on time or early in most cases. If this is the level of service that your company is devolving into, then I want no part in it. I expect a response by phone from an upper management team member, a supervisor, or someone other than just a regular customer service representative because I would like to get an explanation for why I've been lied to on more than one occasion and what your issue is with the app and your Progressive marketplace feature. It is obviously flawed and not working properly and needs to be taken down as an option until whatever problem that is causing these issues is resolved and your app functions correctly.
I'd also suggest that you train your employees on how to handle problems with customers, especially ones that have been repeat customers several times. I have a folder in my email app that contains all of my correspondence with your company and I can list off for you all of the leases I have made and successfully paid in full by the 90-day limit. You're losing a good customer. This is the end of my message.

Preferred solution: I want them to close the lease that is giving me issues, absolve me of the remainder of my latest lease and I will make the final payment on my earliest lease and be done with the company.

Can't log into my account
This is William Gwaltney, I recently was approved for a lease, downloaded the app, i haven't set a password that i remember doing, but obviously I did. I enter email, and forgot password and I have done this multiple times and never receive an email to reset my password.
But i do receive emails, congratulations, and approved and so on. So why am i not getting a reset password link.
I am about to loose my patience and go elsewhere to shop.
Also, your site says over 30,000 online retailers, why does the app only show a handfull of online stores. It also says shop your favorite retailers and again when i search in the app and click online, nothing is ever found.

I have been trying to reach a representative to help me log into my account so I can see my payment plan. However, every single time I call, I never get a hold of anyone.
They never answer my call. I've called 5-6 times on different occasions and have been on the phone for over an hour each time. Yet, my call was never answered.
I am always calling during their operating hours and still, there is no response. This situation is ridiculous!

Can't spend money
Tell me why I'm not able to spend what I have left on my lease. If I can't use it and have to spend it all at once, then we need to close this out because I don't want to do that.

Made me go through an entire approval took my money $164 then the store called to tell me you then denied the order. You still.
Havent given me my money back so I need it . And why is it impossible to find an email ? People work all day and cant talk on a phone.
You approved my lease took my payment $164 and then the store told me you denied it and Id see a refund in 2 days. Idk why you approved it made me go through that process then denied it.

Ordered a lawnmower through the concierge service.Told them and had the rep confirm back to me THREE TIMES that the lawnmower would be assembled when I picked it up.
When I arrived at Lowe's for pickup, the lawnmower was still in the box and I was told the concierge never included it on the order. Lowe's stated my options were to call progressive or return it.
When I called progressive the representative was completely unhelpful and useless.
she then leaves me on hold for 20 minutes to get a supervisor.
The supervisor then says stay on the line while I call Lowe's. He then proceeds to disconnect the call and retransfers me back to the call queue.
I am now stuck with a 450 dollar brick that I don't know how to assemble. I will NEVER use this company again and will be posting a negative review on every outlet I can.
Avoid at all costs!!! Concierge service is Garbage

It's 2023, and this company doesn't allow you to change your primary payment card online? It doesn't even have an online chat feature?
No ability to send online message or email? When I called, twice, the recording cut out to a ringing tone and then nothing. No one answered and no one responded. I sat by the phone on speaker to see if it was just a terrible hold system, but after 4 minutes the call was ended [and it was not a disconnection from my end].
I find it absolutely asinine that I have to CALL in order to just change my primary card that payments are withdrawn from.
There's zero excuse for it in this day and age. I'm going to avoid using Progressive Leasing like the plague from now on. Figured it was easy and worth it to break down into smaller payments without credit cards, but after the amount of frustration I've had dealing with just trying to switch my primary card is absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer support and service.
I still haven't been able to reach anyone and the crap website coding doesn't let me switch the primary card, even when payments aren't pending. I'll be sure to let everyone I know not to do business with Progressive Leasing.
