don't even think about using progressive leasing. if you decide to return the item, you will struggle to get your money back. every time you call, they will say that your refund has not been initiated, and they will tell you that it will take 8 to 10 business days.

I purchased a refrigerator from Lowes not too long ago. I didnt want to do a lease but I was in a bind.
Ive had trouble with this company from the start. My email was put it wrong. It took me 3 times to get it fixed. Every time they said they fixed it but didnt.
All the representatives that I have spoke with have had broken English. Im not prejudiced but its hard when you are trying to explain something and they arent understanding.
I called 21 days ago and my early pay off amount was given. I check back today and it shot up almost $790. That is ridiculous!!
I get you pay more when you lease but this is high way robbery. I called and the lady wasnt listening to me when I was telling her that price is not what the schedule amount says. She just kept repeating about me making a payment next month, the 90 day purchase option and blah blah blah and how the amount will be such and such.
Couldnt explain the jump in amount. NEVER again will I ever use this company.

Yesterday, I was about to make a purchase at the Treek store. I signed the contract, they deducted my money, and never gave me my virtual card to make my purchase. Now, I call by phone and the call gets disconnected.

Hi, it gave me the option yesterday to pay $40.12, which would pay off my lease. However, you guys took a payment of $46.64.
I only make one payment a month. Now, you are going to take out $40.12 tomorrow, which is processing right now. I don't have the money for it. Then it's telling me, after you take the $40.12, that I owe $99.
I can't find where I wrote $99.69. Why is that when it's supposed to be paid off? You have completely confused me and your phone number is not working. Can you please get back to me and let me know if you take the $40.12, whether that means it's paid off, or what.
Or don't take this payment because you have already got your payment for this month. It's already shown in my bank account as minus $46.30. I guess it's either $46.64 or $46.30, I am not certain which. Please get back to me.
If I'm not paying off my lease, then I do not want the $40.12 taken out of my account when I'm not going to have it. Your number is not working and this has been very frustrating.
I have been trying to get hold of somebody since yesterday. Thank you.

Preferred solution: I would like to get back the $40 and 12 cents they got the $46.30 or $64 one payment a month I accidentally paid the 4012 thinking that my lease was up paid off but yet they still took the 4630 and the 4012 I just want my money back

Number for Progressive Leasing will not go through you hear the automatic voice then call ends. Two days I've been calling g this keeps happening.
I've done reach and the email they have is no long available their is no way to get hold of them.
Never had a problem before so now I'm wondering if their out of business but still taking payments. It's been very frustrating two days of trying to reach Progressive Leasing.

Paid to start lease, took my money and have not received any of my items almost a week later, though it was all same day delivery. Contacted the store that i ordered items from and they claim they dont have the order and i have to contact progressive leasing.
I either want my items or a refund of $107.51. This absolutely unacceptable.

Poor customer service
I get a random text saying I now have an account. Of course, I assume it SPAM or SCAM.
I call and ask about the account. They won't tell me anything unless I give them more information, which I'm not about to do.

Okay, at first it was just a minor inconvenience, then I had one of your customer service agents lie to me, refuse to get a supervisor for me, and then abruptly end our conversation without resolving the issue. I followed her advice, which was to call Amazon, so I did.
They had no idea why Progressive Leasing had referred me to them for my issue and told me to again contact Progressive. So, I called back and got a different customer service rep who was a bit more helpful; I was able to mostly resolve the issue. I was told that for my troubles I would not be charged the $59 initial fee, but when I went to check out, it still tried to charge me a fee. So, I then, called Progressive Leasing and the next person I spoke with fixed that issue.
Then, upon checking out, I was at the checkout screen where the lease agreement is supposed to pop up with Docusign but instead, it just went to a blank screen. The service rep suggested that I try a different method of checking out and again I kept encountering problems when it got to the lease agreement. I was told that my case was being forwarded to the tech department and I would receive a call soon about my issue. I never got a call.
Now I'm a furious customer. I want you to cancel that lease. I will finish paying my other two leases and I will no longer be using your services. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and advising everyone I know to avoid your company.
I hate to do this after having been a loyal customer for over two years now, always paying either on time or early in most cases. If this is the level of service that your company is devolving into, then I want no part in it. I expect a response by phone from an upper management team member, a supervisor, or someone other than just a regular customer service representative because I would like to get an explanation for why I've been lied to on more than one occasion and what your issue is with the app and your Progressive marketplace feature. It is obviously flawed and not working properly and needs to be taken down as an option until whatever problem that is causing these issues is resolved and your app functions correctly.
I'd also suggest that you train your employees on how to handle problems with customers, especially ones that have been repeat customers several times. I have a folder in my email app that contains all of my correspondence with your company and I can list off for you all of the leases I have made and successfully paid in full by the 90-day limit. You're losing a good customer. This is the end of my message.
I will expect a phone call from a superior employee in the morning as soon as this message is received. Thank you, and goodnight.

Preferred solution: I want them to close the lease that is giving me issues, absolve me of the remainder of my latest lease and I will make the final payment on my earliest lease and be done with the company.

I read the leases and understood that they would basically charge me twice the amount of the purchase price, but if you have the means to pay it off within 90 days then you get your purchase for a reasonable fee. However, the last couple of times I tried to use their leasing service I had terrible customer service, have been lied to on more than one occasion and also hung up on once. And this is not a case of me losing my temper and the employee hung up on me because of that, they just hung up on me after refusing to get me a supervisor. My advice, do not do business with this company as it seems their quality of service is in decline.

Can't log into my account
This is William Gwaltney, I recently was approved for a lease, downloaded the app, i haven't set a password that i remember doing, but obviously I did. I enter email, and forgot password and I have done this multiple times and never receive an email to reset my password.
But i do receive emails, congratulations, and approved and so on. So why am i not getting a reset password link.
I am about to loose my patience and go elsewhere to shop.
Also, your site says over 30,000 online retailers, why does the app only show a handfull of online stores. It also says shop your favorite retailers and again when i search in the app and click online, nothing is ever found.
