I received my purchase 2 weeks ago. I want to start making payments however I can not do so because progressive is dragging there feet with setting up my account.
Has anyone else had this problem. Everytime I call they keep blaming it on the furniture place but I've caught them in so many conflicting comments I know it progressive lying. Tell me they start the payment date the day they set up account but in same conversation had to verify when I received my furniture. They keep stating im going to be recieving a letter and email when my account it set up...
My question is when. I purchased product on 9/4 and received 9/12.
It seems to me that they are purposely dragging their feet on setting my account up bc I'm calling so much about it. Anyone else have this problem.
This reviewer shared experience about problems with payment and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Progressive Leasing. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
