I got my daughters bed through progressive leasing and they was suppose to take the money out of my account on the first of every month but they always put it through the last day of the month and overdraw my account eery month so I have accumulated 270 dollars in nsf fees and I have called them numerous times about this and it goes in one ear and out the other. I even went as far as to change my account number at my bank and they still got through to my account so I had my bank to block them and there not getting another payment from me

I didn’t buy anything so I’m at a loss to how I owe $3,000 when i left the store empty handed it states in the letter that I purchased a queen bedroom set which is total ***

My "leasing" with them was an utter nightmare too! I'll NEVER get sucked into this program (or any other) like this.

It cost me more for the queen bed 2-piece at Big Lots than if I would of saved for one and waited for a sale elsewhere! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

I paid this company off in 2017. For a bunked set with a trundle.

From Jordan’s furniture. Never paid attention to my credit going up or down because of it. Or if they’ve paid the Comp for the product. Yesterday I received an email stating they tried to charge my card for $28.00 that has been Rejected.Thank god that the account I had used at the time was closed or I’d be trying to fight it with my bank.

This is most definitely bad business practice.

Especially for a consumer the gas a receipt that says paid in full. Also being denied trying trying to get products again right after.

Don’t waste your time total scam

2018 I went to Big Lots to purchase their buy the mattress and get the box spring for a few $$ and went through their Progressive Leasing program which gave me a $1,555.00 ... I only needed the $650.00 for the merchandise and didn't think much about the balance that wasn't used.

I was told that if paid off within 90-days it was paid. However, I continued payments after the 90 days and figured the $600 would be paid-in-full with March 2019 payment. Well, come April they took another $121.00 out (auto pay required) so I called. The customer service rep stated that if I paid them $253.03 the lease would be paid-in-full and that each month it goes up even more $$-wise to close the account.

So basically I was paying for buying nothing!

I paid the $253.03 on my credit card just to get this "scam" off my back and I'd end up paying the total amount that I supposedly borrowed of %1,555.00 DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS SCAM-LEASING PROGRAM EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!!!! Total Disgusted!

Did they come pick your furniture up for not paying them ?

This company lies they want me to pay 6300 for some 3000 poor broken up low quality furniture. The furniture is falling apart and I will not keep paying for it. I paid 3200 so they have there money for the funiture.
