100 words can't explain this!! In Nov., I purchased a mattress set at a great deal.
I tried to purchase it with Progressive. It was sooo much trouble. I decided to pay 1st payment with cash, more trouble. So, I put it in the layaway & cancel contract.
I went back & decide to transfer the mattress set over to Progressive.
The old contract still in the system. Update my account. Charge me for the old contract, took the money out of my bank and email me a contract & NO MATTRESS SET. Now, they decide to cancel my act., start over & told me to reply.
NO REFUND, SORRY, or COMPENSATE.
Oh yes, 5-10 business days on the refund, but call the store and tell them to send us back the refund form. Haven't receive refund!!
Reason of review: Bad Business Practice.
Monetary Loss: $400.
I didn't like: Inconsiderate to a customer, Very poor customer service.
