I have paid off 3 accounts with progressive.

A $2,000 purchase

A $2,100 purchase

A $1,000 purchase.

Never missed a payment, and paid all my items off week within the 90 Early payoff amount. I have received the congratulatory emails, and my online account shows them paid in full.

I thought things would be great. So I tried to apply for a fourth purchase at the same business I did my first 3. Now Iโ€™m declined? You asked for identity verification, I provided it, asked for a bank verification that my final payment cleared?

It obviously cleared, but I provided exactly what I was asked to, a screen shot of my cleared payment. Then that was acceptable. The agent I spoke to on the phone just rushed me off the phone so they could hang up before your closing time. Then i was left with no answer.

Itโ€™s a bummer because what I was trying to purchase was a necklace, from a store that doesnโ€™t hold items and will more than likely not be available. Extremely frustrating customer service and support for someone that has paid on time.

Every time. And paid off all accounts in a very timely matter.
