Same thing happened to me this morning. I suspect they did this to many people and that is why they are not answering the phones.

Cant access Account

Progressive leasing is not recognizing my email address. I would like to pay more than the 183.00 payment to pay off my bill in 3months as opposed to one year and getting screwed into interest charges. please help me fix this??

I’m dealing with this exact same issue right now. The number doesn’t even ring. It just says call can’t be completed.

They processed 2 payments for payment due 10/1/21 I need them to refund one of those payments back into my account

I called the 877 898-**** number o was on hold for a hour and 20 minutes, and then they just hung up on me issue still not resolved. Tried calling back 4 more times not the hone just rings and no one never answered. Bad business

A double charged on my debit card

I have two double charged payments that overdrafted my account. I tried to call and no one is picking up. I'm not sure if this is because the service is down or what, but the thing about it is you take two damn payments but yet my early payoff amount is only showing the amount AFTER ONE PAYMENT IS TAKEN.
